At SeoulChic.store, Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with each purchase. If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, we have an efficient return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Our exchange rate is under 5% due to the high quality of our products. However, if you believe you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please review the following criteria for exchanges:

●     You can exchange any damaged jewelry within 48 hours of delivery.

●     The jewelry must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, and tags.

●     If the exchange reason is not related to damage or incorrect items, the order must be prepaid. We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products on COD orders due to the affordability of our products.

●     Shipping costs : All associated costs would be borne by us and a 5% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund amount for reasons other than damage or incorrect items sent to you.

No refund/discounts would be provided for the "Now or Never collection" due to the low prices and affordability of the product.

Simple Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer support team within the specified time-frame by emailing support@seoulchic.store to request an exchange.
2. Please provide your order details and the reason for the exchange. If you received damaged, broken, short, partial, or missing products in the shipment, an opening video clearly showing the issue is required.
3. After we receive the product, inform us of your exchange choice, and we will send the new items to you.

Exchange Guidelines:

●     Returned items will be inspected for quality before processing.

●     We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

●     Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the item you requested is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a credit note.

●     Please note: Below ₹99 sale items and “Hot Drops” sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Refunds and Credits:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will start the exchange process promptly, and the new items will be shipped according to your preference.
